Strongman uses exercises such as tire flips, sled drags, object loading or carrying, log pressing, farmer’s walks etc, to improve wrist, hand, and tendon strength as well as prodigious oblique strength. An absolute must if you want to take your strength to the next level.
TOA’s skill classes dedicate a whole hour to breaking down a single skill into easy to understand components that make up the movement as a whole, so that you can refine your movement and improve.

Body feeling sore and tight in places? When training, our muscles can get knotted up which can cause pain and restriction in our movement.
TOA Mobility is perfect for getting rid of those very intricate knots where each day we work on specific muscle groups through pressure point release, PNF stretching and partnered stretching.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga with slight modification by our coaches, regular CrossFitters, who brings you stretches and movements to compliment CrossFit and High Intensity workout recovery. A great class to help ease soreness and reduce stress
This is a TOA Specialty Class, which is designed to increase your efficiency, better your technique and improve your strength in the 2 Olympic Lifts – the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
These classes run in 8 block strength cycles where we work on specific percentages and drills to improve your lifts. Please check with the coach or at reception as to when the next cycle starts
This class is designed to increase your bodyweight strength, fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance; usually conducted in sequence with stretches.
Gymnastic strength can provide benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
