Movement is king, don’t add strength on dysfunction

Favorite movement: Deadlift!!! Just pure brute strength

Least favourite WOD/exercise

Any WOD that involves running more than 400 metres per round. I tried Murph recently and that killed me.

What I do when I’m not CrossFitting

When i’m not crossfitting i’m cycling the world. Cycled Europe, Across the USA, Sri Lanka and parts of NZ in 2017

CrossFit Hero

Pat Velner, that dude doesn’t know how to quit. Just keeps plugging away to be the best he can be . As for Hero Athlete: James Graham (Rugby League Player)- Has the best attitude to competition and training. Never give ups and gives everything.
