Any WOD that involves running more than 400 metres per round. I tried Murph recently and that killed me.

CrossFit Hero
Pat Velner, that dude doesn’t know how to quit. Just keeps plugging away to be the best he can be . As for Hero Athlete: James Graham (Rugby League Player)- Has the best attitude to competition and training. Never give ups and gives everything.
