CrossFit Hero

Freerunner Jason Paul. Absolutely love his creative style and movement

What would you say to someone thinking about trying /starting Crossfit?

Sit and watch a few classes. If they look good, try the beginners course. It’s worth every penny and you will not look back!

I would love you to be part of the TOA CrossFit family
