Let us teach you all the common movements & lifts used in CrossFit and functional training. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced athlete, this is a great place to start in order to build a solid foundation

Join in the classes

Once you have a good foundation, it's time to put it into practice and join in on all your favourite TOA Classes. Our coaches will be there to help you every step of the way.
