Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive, focusing on the 10 modalities of fitness:

Then the Toa CrossFit Beginners Course is perfect for you!
Designed to teach you all the common movements & lifts used in CrossFit, applying the right technique, the CrossFit terminology & how to prevent injuries. The CrossFit Beginners Course consists of 4 sessions and runs over the period of 1 week. Each session will focus on 1-2 new skills + a CrossFit workout
These classes run in 8 block strength cycles where we work on specific percentages and drills to improve all your olympic lifts. Please check with the coach or at reception as to when the next cycle starts.
Courses focus on mastering, handstands, handstand walking, toes to bar, ring work, planches, muscle ups and much more.
This is an absolute must for any regular gym goer.
